Business Planning Packages

Our Associates have significant experience in preparing business plans for many types of companies and organisations. From start-up, through to small to medium sized companies, we have the expertise to help with the preparation/update of a complete plan. Meanwhile, for larger businesses we often assist with specific elements such as marketing, personnel or finance.

Business Plan - Including an assessment of your business idea, a SWOT analysis identification of objectives and strategies plus financial and marketing elements

Financial Planning - a Full cost and budget analysis, identifying figures for the current year and a 3 or 5 year forecast plus cash flow analysis if required.

Marketing Plan - Encompassing all elements of the marketing mix from product/service development, through pricing and distribution (your routes to market) and all promotional elements

Specialist Advice

One-to-One advice and/or support on any aspect of the business, including human resources/personnel, marketing and sales, finance, cash flow, manufacturing and productions, logistics, customer services etc. Advice can be provided via the Business Mentoring package, Interim Management or as a bespoke service, depending on your business requirements.

Project Assessment

If you need independant, impartial advice of a potential project, business idea or business diversification, we have Associates with the experience and expertise to offer an evaluation of the concept and facilitate assessment meetings.

Business Mentoring

For many years, EDEAL's Associates have been providing a listening ear and voice of experience and expertise to many different companies and organisations, both independently and via EDEAL. As such, they have a huge bank of experience and knowledge to draw on.

Many business owners that we meet value the expertise and application our Associates can bring to their business. As a result, we are pleased to offer business mentoring packages to assist you with managing, running and developing your company. These are as follows:-

Bronze - A quarterly meeting with a documented action plan of suggested activities to undertake (circa 2-3 hours per quarter).

silver
Silver - A bi-monthly meeting with a documented action plan and follow-up by the Associate, usually via e-mail, providing further input and/or results of any desk research in response to discussion (circa 2-3 hours bi-monthly)

Gold - A bi-monthly meting with a documented action plan and follow-up email but also an interim telephone conversation, making a monthly contact, and with the Associate assisting with implementation in more of a hands-on manner (circa 4-6 hours per quarter)
