David DiCara

Over 20 years experience in manufacturing and packaging industry plus 5 years in his own family’s restaurant.  Since 1999 David has provided business consultancy and training to local authorities, private enterprise and Business Link, whilst recently developing and launching an internet retail business.

Jim Duffill

Over 25 years experience with Nat West bank looking after small business (from start-up to £2m).  Since 2001 a self employed business advisor working with both start-ups and established businesses.  His particular area of interest is helping start-ups evaluate markets and viability.

John Earl

Over 20 years as Bank Manager with Nat West specialising in financial management for private individuals and small businesses.  As a self-employed consultant, John has been supporting SME’s to develop their business skills and expertise for the past 20 years.  Additionally he is a Young Enterprise advisor and presented enterprise training to students through out Kent.

Nick Harvey

Set up Harvey Marketing company providing marketing services to SME’s.  His experience lies in building sales and marketing plans and putting the plans into action.  Nick has demonstrated success across a number of industry types and is a leading dynamic consultant in Brighton.

Paul Jordan

For the past 5 years, Paul has been based with the Sussex Innovation Centreas part of an 'Innovation' support team that specialises in helping product developers make businesses fromtheir ideas and raise funding.  Paul focuses on the practical alongside the strategic, trying to help people get what they need for the the best outcome.

Su Shanson

With experience of creative businesses (Arts, photographers, films etc) Su has been providing marketing support to both SME’s and corporate businesses for the past 20 years.  In the past 5 years she has expanded into the retail and restaurant trade.

34 years experience working in a large multi national company, the last 20 years in middle management positions.  As a self-employed consultant, he has a broad business experience to support young and developing SME’s

A self-employed businessman with a background in business analysis and auditing to corporate business.  Since 1997 he has been coaching adults on a 1-2-1 basis on the use of technology as well as helping SME’s to identify their attitudinal strengths and ability to develop their business 

Sue Stokell

Working independently with the small business sector for 25 years in an advisory capacity relating to business planning, business practice, marketing strategy, promotion and copyrighting in addition to designing and delivering training programmes for various training organisations and local authorities.

Paul Temple

Consultative in approach, mentoring & coaching by nature, a forward thinking generalist with multi-disciplined skills developed over a varied career.  He has a genuine desire to assist business and their people in their development.  A Trustee of Age Concern Malling, Paul also works in the field of Care and, until recently, was a registered Manager under the CSCI banner. 

Tom Tyrwhitt-Drake

Trained as an Agriculturist he was Farm Manager for the Coffee Research Foundation in Kenya for 7 years. Returned to UK joined I.C.I and worked in Marketing & Sales for 28 years. Became Director of the Chichester Enterprise Agency in 1993.A Trainer and Consultant he helped businesses in both the Start up phase and trading up to 10 years. Chairman of Sussex Enterprise Agencies Ltd for 2 years and Project Manager for Coastal Business Growth, Tom has been supporting start-up and SME’s businesses for over 15 years
