Coachmakers Business Centre

In 1999, a consortium including Eastbourne Borough Council, South East England Development Agency  (SEEDA), Sussex Enterprise and  EDEAL funded the conversion of a Victorian coach builders site in Seaside, Eastbourne into the modern CoachMakers Business Centre.

Dedicated to providing entrepreneurial start-up businesses with affordable and accessible office accommodation, the Centre offers a range of ready to occupy offices ranging from single occupancy to accommodation for up to eight people.

If you are about to take your first step into self-employment, an office or workshop in CoachMakers Business Centre could be just right for you.

On the other hand you may be working from home and need to expand into more formal accommodation. As long as your business has been set up for less than 3 years, you can also take advantage of the special terms offered at the Centre.

Each office or workshop unit can be occupied under licence for a period of up to 3 years and there is only a simple and standard Licence Agreement to complete.
