The ABC of Selling Programme
The ABC of selling programme is made up of 3 separate seminars which give a complete view of all the aspects of selling goods and services today. Much has been learnt in the last 20-30 years of selling but the fundamentals of selling are ever constant.
This programme aims in it’s entirety to provide all the skills that a modern salesperson needs to perform at their very best.
The ABC of Selling foundation level seminar will give at its most basic a complete overview of the world of selling. This can be very useful to a salesperson that has been placed in a sales position and has no real idea of how the selling process works. It can also act as a refresher for those who now need to revitalise their selling skills.
The intermediate level seminaris split into ‘Face-to-face’ and Telesales sessions where great emphasis is placed on the real implemation of the skills learnt at the basic level. Role play with realistic customers are provided for both the ‘Face-to-face’ and the Telesales courses, with the use of a real telephone system in the Telesales course to add complete realism to the session.
At the advanced stage, all the aspects of the sale are revisited and explored in an intense workshop environment, and the delegate learns what it is to become a leading salesperson in their own industry.
All courses are available at any level but delegates are encouraged to start at the foundation level and work through all three stages for the maximum advantage to selling skills.
